Enter your client's name, email, and address in the Bill To section. This information will appear prominently on the invoice so there's no confusion about who should pay. Set the invoice date, due date, and payment terms — Net 30 is the most common for freelancers.
3. What are invoice line items?
List the services or products you're charging for. Each line item includes a description, quantity, unit price, and optional tax rate. The subtotal, tax, discount, and total are all calculated automatically as you type. Add as many items as you need — there's no limit.
4. How to share your invoice with a client?
When you're happy with the preview, click Download PDF to save a high-quality PDF to your device. You can also click Send Email to deliver the invoice directly to your client's inbox with the PDF attached. If payment has already been made, you can also use ourreceipt generator.
